Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress who is best well-known for her character Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra was a British Columbian with Italian descent who was born in Vancouver. The actress was attracted to acting from the age of eight and appeared in numerous commercials as a child. The actress took a brief break from acting but came back to the stage in 2001, when she was at the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine recognized her in 2005 as one Vancouvers five top actresses who are rising up the ranks. Cerra was deputy Jo Lupo, in Eureka. The Syfy show aired on television between 2006 and 2012 She also appeared in the 2006 music video for the Michael Buble hit song Save the Last Dance for Me. Her credits include roles as a lead on a number of critically and widely well-known television shows, such as Battlestar Galactica. She has also appeared in major film releases such as Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerras' body and face was used as a reference to make her character Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect video game series. Khondabi said the following: Joey Scribner Howard is her high school sweetheart, and she is a mechanical engineers within the electric utility sector. Khondabi and Joey have been close friends since they first met at Greenwood Christian School. The pair began to date during their final years in high school. Howard went to Irmo where he graduated Dutch Fork High School. He and Khondabi had been friends for a number of years before they began dating. Khondabi was a graduate of Emerald High School, graduating in 2007. She also attended her home at the University of South Carolina where she graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism. Additionally, she studied entertainment and sports. Joey is also an USC graduate. Liam the dog is their dog. Khondabi claimed that she and Joey were foodies, and onion rings are one the most requested home-cooked meals. Khondabi posted, "I'm intrigued. In my early years I did educational interview which were broadcasted on the news show at the school. I was also in charge of reading out daily school headlines. Oakland Elementary's newscast was called WOAK. Khondabi said that her first major work as a television reporter after college. It was with WAGT, in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi said she was in the news for six years. After Augusta I worked anchoring WOWK at Charleston West Virginia and then Columbus Ohio.
